• Providing the communication between the production plant and customer (Ford) for quality issues
• Reflecting and following the customer issues to the Yazaki Internal Quality System
• Implementing and following up the customer requirements to the product
• Finding solution and taking actions with the quality methods for quality issues (Root cause analysis, 5 WHY, Fish Bone)
• Reporting the PPM/QRs weekly to the management
• Following the AIMS issues and taking necessary ICA (Interim Corrective Actions) and PCA(Permanent Corrective Actions) in the Project Launch Phases and serial production
• Participating in the daily project and issue meetings
• Following on-site evaluation meetings with the client and the team for verification
• Participating in the planning and implementation of quality improvement measures (QIP)
• Participating in the creation of 8D's in case of customer complaints and internal problems also following the permanent necessary actions on the Manufacturing side
• Examining and assessing the impact of technical changes (Short Term Action/ Permanent Resolution) and identify necessary actions
• Assessment and managing of the warranty claims on the products
• Participating and following up of the DFMEA/PFMEA and Process Control Plans based on the SCCAF agrements
• Ensuring that the processes meet the IATF standards
